Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future!
How long does shipping take?
All items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Because many products are handmade or 3D printed to order, please allow 1 to 3 weeks for processing time before shipment. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll notify you by email. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5 – 7 business days.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can track your package through the USPS website using that number.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery, including a photo and your order number.
How long does it take to process my return?
If a return is approved (due to damage or error), please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your replacement or store credit.
Can I exchange for a different item?
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or delayed?
Once your package leaves our hands and is scanned by USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We recommend double-checking your shipping address before placing your order and contacting USPS directly with your tracking number if there are any issues.
Are these toys?
These are not intended as toys, but rather as sensory tools or collectibles designed for adults, teens, and older children under supervision.
Can I customize my order?

Do you restock sold out items?
Some items are restocked, others are limited edition. Be sure to sign up for emails or follow on social media to catch the next drop!
